One of the biggest advantages I bring is my background as a licensed general contractor. I evaluate homes through a different lens—helping clients understand construction quality, identify potential issues, and uncover opportunities others might miss. Whether it’s renovation potential or resale considerations, I provide insight that goes far beyond the typical real estate experience.

one client at a time...In 2001, I set out to build a real estate business rooted in trust, not transactions. From the beginning, my philosophy was simple: put the client’s best interests first, even when it’s not the easiest path.
That has often meant advising clients to walk away from homes that didn’t make sense—financially, structurally, or for long-term resale. Over time, that honesty became the foundation of my business.
Today, the results speak for themselves. The majority of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, and I’ve had the privilege of helping many clients buy multiple homes over the years.
As my business grew, I made a deliberate decision not to scale at the expense of service. Instead, I’ve focused on maintaining a high level of attention, communication, and care for every client I work with.
